The episode centers on Fred and his quest for more money in order to afford gifts this year.
Fred and and his good pal Barney are driving through the snowy downtown area of Bedrock and are window shopping at Christmas time.
Barney is sporting earmuffs and Fred has green gloves, but both men look kind of funny since they are shoe-less and with bare arms out in the cold snow.
The Christmas tale continues when Fred notices a help wanted advertisement in a department store and decides to check it out.
