The Doha Port Stadium in Qatar is the first host nation to display a stadium completely based around water. The Doha Stadium holds around 45,000 people and use water as its primary energy source.
It is situated on an artificial peninsula, built in the Persian Gulf. The water from the Gulf runs around the outer part of the building and double as a natural cooling system. You can be taken to the stadium as well by a 'water taxi'.
