This is the second time that Brazil has hosted the FIFA World Cup finals since 1950. After the matches for qualifications between June 2011 and November 2013, 32 teams were qualified for the final tournament, grouped into eight groups, with four teams in each. A total of 64 matches will be played in 12 cities across Brazil.
